General Information

Full text submissions are now closed and the Scientific Committee is working hard to give you a feedback by mid-May. Provisional sessions titles are online. Several types of presentations will be offered:
- poster
- poster + 3 min.teaser
- 10 min. oral presentation
- 20 min. keynote presentation

Full text submissions will be published in the proceedings (both poster and oral) provided that at least one author has registered to the congress.

As a reminder the full congress attendance is limited to 400 participants (except for the Monday symposium). We thus recommend you to register as soon as possible to benefit from the earlybird fares. Moreover due to Eurobasket competition at the same time, downtown hotels are already fully booked and thus we recommend you to book your accomodation through the online registration form, but also to organize your travel in order to get lower fares.

International courses

Two international courses are organized on Thursday and Friday - The information is now online - Places are limited

 

Thurday projects workshops

Before organizing your stay, have a look at the workshops / side-events organized on Thursday Sep.10, they are free of charge and might be of interest for you. The information is already online for three of them. Three more should be added soon, including one on the continuation of FSD. If you want to organize your own workshop or closed meeting, please contact the Organizing Committee asap (fsd5@european-agronomy.org).

Space is available to accomodate exhibition tables or booths in the poster, lobby area. If you are interested, please contact the Organizing Committee asap as this space is limited (fsd5@european-agronomy.org). We offer packages including the delegates fees to the congress, thus, it is a valuable opportunity to make the most of the conference while promoting your company.
